This gorgeous house on the lagoon and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach is your vacation getaway. 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, sleeps 17. Private pool and hot tub that can heated upon request (pool: $120/day, hot tub $35/day each with a 3 day minimum). Recreation room with ping pong table. Professionally decorated.
Sheets, bath towels and starter set of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent) provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
Security cameras are present outside the house (front door, driveway, pool maintenance area, and back landscaping with partial view of hot tub and pool).

Our family had a wonderful stay! House was very comfortable and perfect for our family of 6. We had a 5 min walk to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas provide at the house! Very easy communication with owners and management made this a definite repeat stay!

Fabulous Vacation

The House is beautiful and very well appointed. We’ve been renting in HHI for approx 30 years and this was by far our best rental! Very spacious, very clean, has everything you need. Great kitchen, grill outside. Great pool with spa. Location is close to the beach, 5 min walk, very quick bike ride. Lots of beach chairs, very much appreciated! Screened in porch! We had a really wonderful week! Would definitely rent again, no hesitation! *****

Family Fun!

We did a big family trip with infants and toddlers in this house and it was perfect!! It was super spacious and clean. The pool was the ideal size and separated nicely from the house that kept it kid safe. The beds are super comfy, bathrooms huge. We loved the kitchen and the close walk to the beach. It’s in a great location. We would love to come back!

Family Beach Trip 2024

Our extended family stayed for a week at 13 Wagon Rd. and had a wonderful time! The home was very beautiful, clean, comfortable, and not too far from the beach. Everything was just as advertised. We loved the pool, the playroom, and the large open kitchen where everyone could gather and hang out. We had 12 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well and have their own space. I had seen the grill mentioned in another review, the one we used appears to be brand new. Some storage areas of the house were closed off but we had plenty of room for storage and food. The closets were huge!

A Top 5 Family Vacation

The word that came to all our mouths when we entered the home was SPECTACULAR. The house lived up to all the hype and more. From the shear beautify of the home, its amenities, and the proximity to the beach, we couldn't have picked a better vacation spot for this years family vacation. This was our family's first time to Hilton Head Island and it didn't disappoint. Our kids come together from different parts of the country for this one week. The house gave us the room to spread out but at the same time the intimacy to reconnect as a family. The owners of the home were a joy to work with and very responsive to messages sent. This truly was a 5 Star vacation and a home and location we will be visiting again.

Several nuances~

There are several things we loved about the property; however, the things that we disliked are significant enough to keep us from renting again. Positives: *We loved the location of the home. It was an easy walk to the beach, even with 4 children ages 4 and under. *The home was very clean and the size of home worked well for our family of 10. *Response time of the management company was excellent. *Curb appeal from street view is beautiful. Negatives: *The refrigerator in the kitchen is small and even though there was another refrigerator in the laundry room it was locked off. The freezer in the laundry room was available for use, but I’m sure that was only due to the inability to lock it off. *The garage was also locked off, leaving no where to store our strollers, bikes & beach gear. It is unreasonable to have easy access to storage, but to have it locked off. *The pool is in great need of resurfacing. The bottom of pool is chipping and the plaster will cut your feet. The cement is also breaking off from the pool steps. Not to mention, it just isn’t pretty. The gas grill needs to be thrown out immediately!! It has to be lighted w a lighter and it is so nasty we had to use grill toppers. Not to mention, it looks awful!! I read this same complaint from a guest in October, 2023 so I just assumed it had already been addressed. Not the case!! *Overall, the backyard/pool area needs some TLC~ unsightly grill; broken, rusted outdoor light fixtures; etc

Couldn't be Better!

Of all the homes we’ve rented, this one is clearly our favorite. Plenty of rooms and ample living space for our family of 8. Great location..central to everything in Sea Pines and a short bike ride or walk to the beach. Temps were cooler this trip so it was nice to have a hot tub and heated pool that worked perfectly...which has not always been my experience with other rentals. It’s a beautiful, well maintained home and one we are looking forward to visiting again soon!

Annual family vacation

What a beautiful home! We take a family vacation each year and chose Hilton Head after our lake vacation fell through. The property was better than advertised. It is a quick five minute, easy walk to the beach (even my 87 year old mom realized she could do it!) The house is very spacious and quiet. The teens/young adults took over the game room and we didn’t hear a peep even when they played Xbox or watched movies. They can be very animated and not once did we have to tell them to quiet down! The kitchen was well stocked, though admittedly we decided not to cook this vacation and took advantage of all the different restaurants on the island. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool each day after the beach and before dinner. I would highly recommend renting bikes if that is something you enjoy doing. My sister and I biked each morning to find coffee and shop either in sea pines or coligny…and maybe grab a mimosa :) I think my only request would be to consider larger TVs as they were small in comparison to room size, though that is minor issue. I would definitely consider this property again if we decide to visit HHI and use VRBO again. Unfortunately the VRBO fees are getting a bit outrageous, so we might be trying something new after many years of renting through them.

Awesome house

This house is large with plenty of elbow room - and I like elbow room! We rented bicycles which I highly recommend. The owner and the property manager both replied to my questions quickly. Will probably rent again in the future!

Property was as nice as expected. We enjoyed our stay. Host was very accommodating. The house was large for everyone to spread out. Having the game room as a second family room was really nice. We hope to return!

Thanksgiving Stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is just a short walk to the beach and within a short bike or car ride to Sea Pines attractions. The house is well equipped and is perfect for large groups. Since we were there for Thanksgiving and football the guys in the group wished for a bigger TV. 😊 Definitely would recommend a stay here and we hope to return again in the future!

My family really enjoyed our vacation in your beautiful home. The layout was perfect and allowed everyone their own space. Great pool, and close to the beach! A few doors were broken, which we notified the company about but realize they couldn’t fix it immediately.

Overall, this is a nice home in a great location. The owner is also very friendly and helpful. However, there was a huge dead beetle on the floor when we checked in - had to have been there when the cleaners cleaned a few hours before. Also, there were a bunch of problems with the pool that required the pool service company to keep making repairs, shocks, and ultra shocks. It required part of one day and another full day that we weren't able to use the pool - a big bummer during a one week vacation.

Beautiful home!

The property was as advertised. Very convenient 3 minute walk to the beach; ~10 min bike ride to Harbour Town. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom, which was very convenient, as well as a full bathroom off the back porch and an outdoor shower. We did have issues with the heat for the pool/spa on a couple of the days, but Maria was very responsive. Also, the freezer was not working while we were there, but Maria had made us aware ahead of time, and there was a secondary freezer in the laundry room, which was just off the kitchen, which we were able to use, so minor inconvenience. Aside from that, we were very pleased with the house and would absolutely stay here again.
