"The complex where this unit is located is in need of some extreme TLC. Once inside the unit, the unit is just ok. It was comfortable for sleeping and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchen pans are in really poor condition. The pictures make it look nicer than I felt it was. We knew it was a studio but the kitchen had no space whatsoever. There were no chairs at the pool and it was not an inviting space at all. The unit will be fine for some, but for me, it was not worth the cost...

"The location is convenient for public beaches. The lanai has a great view of the ocean and some jungle. Beds were comfortable. My kids really enjoyed having the pool.The main issue is the condo was filthy. The bathroom fan was caked in dust so the smoke detector went off when my kids took a shower unless we kept the door shut for a long time. The couch had food crumbs in between the cushions, the floors under the beds were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned. The window tracks were full of dirt...

"Just like camping. Carpet had not been vacuumed. There was one light and one outlet that could only be used for charging devices. No hair dryer or curling iron use. Two towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Bathroom sink was only plumbed for cold water. Shower liner was peeling and there was no bathroom light. Common area was not clean. "
