"Dejligt hotel beliggende i hjertet af centrum. I gåafstand til restauranter, tøjforretninger, caféer og meget mere. Hotellet har en hyggelig bar og restaurant, hvor man også kan indtage morgenmad. Dejlige ture kan gås i området og langs med floden. Lancasters gamle Castle er bestemt et besøg værd. "

"Stayed at the George Washington in room 6 on 15th July. Room very nice and clean with tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer provided flatscreen tv and nice shower and towels. Had our evening meal here to very nice chicken madras and the homemade steak pudding washed down with some nice red wine. "Very comfortable stay in a lovely clean room with a super bathroom. There’s road noise but only an issue for a really light sleeper. Just bear in mind that The Fenwick does not do breakfast which is a drawback but all in all I would stay there again ."

"We stayed at The Fleece for a couple of nights. Our welcome as a pleasant professional one, despite the bar and restaurant being busy. Our room and the linen was very clean, and although quite warm, there was a fan provided that did the trick. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was good, and the breakfast, which was included, was delicious. Lovely beer garden/ courtyard to enjoy a relaxing beer.
