"First and foremost I have been to Quinta hotels in other states and this Quinta hotel has been the worst stay for my family and I . First the front entrance is dirty you walk in and you have to wait to be greeted you’re given a key and goodbye go to your room! No explanation on the amenities , wifi, etc etc what professional hotels do! To my surprise they only have 1 elevator for customers and for housekeeping ! "The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you. "We stayed a night here following our visit to Hershey Park! Quiet and convenient location just a few miles from the park. The facility and room was cleaned. Breakfast is from 630a-930a quite a variety including gluten free options. Staff very friendly and polite."

The room had everything we could possibly need, was impeccably clean, and every little detail was thoughtfully considered. The homemade breakfast in the morning was incredible. "Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and felt at home. HUGE SPACIOUS area for breakfast!! Even though my ac in the room sounded like it had a book with pages ruffling in it all week I didn’t care because the hotel was nice! And also, speaking of breakfast - the gentleman that ran the breakfast area during the week?? ABSOLUTE LEGEND! I’ve never seen someone more attentive and caring - I would stay here again just for his attention to detail and expertise! 10/10"
