"Property was recently renovated very clean. Nice up-to-date. It was a very chilly weekend, so really just chilled inside, our son and daughter in law braved the chilly weather and tried to fish off boat house, but no luck. We truly enjoyed the view. Definitely plan on going back late spring early summer. Would love to take grandchildren there."

"The Sullivans property is awesome for a big great group with plenty of beds. Very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed! The best part was all the room outside and right on the water. You can leave your boat out on the bank! We had a blast."

"Loved it even though the thunderstorm came through and knocked the power out for more than half the stay. Housekeeper came and checked on us theres a trash can raider at night time. The grass in the back was high along with a dead tree that could have been removed. The house was amazing loved it."

"Little Minnow was a great place to stay, it was very clean and roomy. We brought 4 boys ages 6,7,11 and 12 and they had a blast. They were able to get a 10 ft flat with a trolling motor in and out of the water by them selves to fish, supervised of course, and when they were not in the boat it was a great area for them to swim. We loved the fire pit outside and the house was so welcoming and fully stocked with everything you can imagine. We brought our small dog, even she had fun, I think she was...
