Lejlighedshoteller i Heart of England

"Everything was fine, clean, good parking. Short of a plug for the kitchenette sink and very noisy fall pipe in the shower room when our upstairs neighbours showered at 5.30 AM each morning (woke us thinking we had a leak). Apart from that, all good. Would certainly stay again"

"Jeg havde en fantastisk oplevelse under mit ophold. Receptionisten den første nat var exceptionelt hjælpsom og gjorde alt for at sikre, at jeg følte mig velkommen. Værelset var fantastisk, rent og komfortabelt, hvilket gjorde min ferie endnu bedre. Jeg nød virkelig mit ophold, og alt lå tæt på, hvilket gjorde det nemt at udforske området. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dette sted til alle, der ønsker en afslappende og behagelig ferie."

"A very nice place to stay"

"I stayed for one night. The check in and check out were super easy and everything was explained. The apartment had everything you needed. Ironing board and all. I have already booked my next stay as the location is next door to the Mailbox and a 5 minute walk from New Street."

"Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Adjustable heating and lighting very comfortable bed and quiet area. Nice to have a fridge and a microwave in the room too."

"Was unable to check in. Noone answered any of the phone numbers provided with the booking or on the door at the property. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE"

"I stayed here as I had an event I was going to at the CBS Arena and I could literally walk there from where I was, so it was perfectly situated for me. The apartment had everything I needed. The apartment did have a standing fan, although I did take 2 extra little portable bedside fans as the weather was particularly hot. The only suggestions I have is that there could be a better mirror or lighted up mirror for doing make-up. I would also prefer curtains to the blinds as these did keep banging...

"Be careful. You can't check in after 5pm! But this is not clearly stated when you book."

"I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues."

"Fin afstand til city - perfekt beliggenhed. "

"Fabulous location. Brilliant room and facilities. Great value."

"So, soo nice! Really well kept. Loved our stay!"

"As i wrote before the Aircon Heating is too weak and takes too long time to heat up the rooms, solution is maybe to get the filters changed it seems someting blocks the airfloow. Rest is just perfect 👌 "

"the room was okay but it smelt like damp and thier was quite a lot of black mould behind the sofa"
