Byhuse i Heart of England

"It it a really nice location with beautiful surroundings and the service and facilities are nice. Gym, spa and pool were good. The service weas excellent. Only thing to mention are the doors to the rooms that really needs a check. Really loud sqeeking and sound when you open and close. Could be heard loudly in the halls Likewise the doors in the rooms. ALso the food in the restaurant should be improved to match the price. Too simple servings. But I recommend to try the place !"

"I received a lovely warm welcome from reception. My room was lovely and peaceful. A good stay - thank you."

"Very good value for money. The cookes breakfast is one of the best I have had from a Hotel for a long time. Amazing quality sausage and black pudding especially."

"Excellent service. The room that I was allocated had a strong smell of aftershave. Mentioning this to the lady at the reception, she immediately arranged for me to change to another room that was also bigger. My only wish would have been working light at the desk. Besides this I was happy with my stay."
