"Everything was good. We are not city people so this was right up our alley. David and Wendy were responsive and helpful. The ONLY downside would be if you cannot climb a flight of stairs or cannot handle the frogs (lots of them) “singing” all night. Neither of these things bothered us. "Loved having a home away from home on the big island. We explored the Hilo side from here for a few days. Place is well situated for visiting National Park. We went to see eruption multiple times in a day. Two full bathrooms in mirrored split plan home. Our bed was very comfortable and bedroom is carpeted which was nice during chilly mornings. We would recommend a stay. This is not a fancy high end accommodation. It is clean, comfy and homey. Reminded me of my grandparents’ vacation home. "
