Communication with the host was excellent, and she was extremely helpful when we had questions, as well as kind enough to mail back a sentimental piece of jewelry that was accidentally left behind. The kitchen seemed to have every appliance available. The host provided two dog beds, which our dog used and was comfortable on both. The backyard and screened porch do need some attention.
