"Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. "Fabulous hotel and staff! Only a 10-minute walk from Kyoto’s shopping district and situated in a quiet neighborhood directly off the main road, Hotel Muso was perfect for our stay in Kyoto. The hotel was clean and modern, the room was clean, beautiful, and super comfortable. We loved the amenities and layout. The staff was just as wonderful. Kind, caring, and very attentive when we checked in and out and throughout our stay. They even delivered a complimentary brunch! Hotel Muso is...

"Sowaka was amazing. Great location, beautiful hotel, incredible food, perfect staff! Do take the 5:45 am tour to Kiyomizu-dera with the incredibly knowledgeable hotel manager. A wonderful and unique experience without all the tourists around."

"Everyone was super kind and friendly. The check in was so easy. From arrival to being in the room was maybe, 7 minutes total. They have a free washer/ dryer for your clothes and free coffee/tea in the lobby. The employees were all so nice and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. Having a terrace to sit outside on and relax after a long day of walking was also pretty sweet."

"Good location"

"We loved staying here and would definitely stay again if we visited Kyoto. Very friendly and helpful staff, amenities available to us were really useful and our room was perfect for what we needed. We also loved the convenient location to local temples, shopping, restaurants and multiple local train stations which made getting around very easy even with our baby. Very glad we chose to stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone."

"Skønt stort værelse med lækker indretning. Selve stedet var også rart og behageligt. Super faciliteter. Super hjælpsomme og venlige medarbejdere. Fedt kvarter med lokal stemning, men man skulle gå lidt for at komme rundt til forskellige ting."

"Excellent location! I really that it has two bedrooms and a separate living area. Big enough to accommodate our family of four."

"Perfekt placering, god stil, fin morgenmad, lounge om eftermiddagen med snacks, vin og andre drikkevarer som var med i opholdets pris, god stemning og fin udsigt, gode senge. Det eneste minus for os - at man ikke kan åbne vinduerne og få lidt frisk luft ind"

"Rent, pænt og utrolig sødt hjælpsomt personale"

"Dejligt centralt sted, utroligt sødt, venligt og professionelt personale der hjalp os hele vejen igennem."
