"Our host, Vince, was very communicative during the check-in process, to make sure I completed all of the registration and payment requirements. When I received the Check-In/Access information, the morning of occupancy, after I had left home, was the first notice that if I wanted to enjoy "watching your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV", as mentioned in the property description, I would need to bring a ROKU or Firestick from home. That's not a TV, that's a "Monitor". There was one "amenity"...

"Unit was very large with beautifully equipped kitchen. Bonus was it even had a dishwasher! Yard was partially fenced which was an added benefit if traveling with a pet. Only downside were the trains running in the middle of the night if you’re a light sleeper. Very clean and well maintained. Great value for the size and amenities. "

"The unit is above a garage- but description does not include stairs. Would not have booked if stairs mentioned. Says dining room table, instead has a sloping 1x6 shelf and 3 bar stools. Also no couch or chair, have to sit on the bed to watch tv. Needs a deep cleaning, "

"My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and traveling with my husband's best friend and his wife who were celebrating his birthday - we call this conjoined event birthiversary, lol. What a cute little place to stay! It's both private and located within a couple miles of all our activity destinations - Anderson School, museums, antiquing and wandering downtown. We did have a little hang up with receiving the check in directions, but Chris was very fast to respond and we were inside...

"The location was great and the property was perfect. It was very nice on the inside. The kitchen had everything I needed and the management company was on top of everything. I will be staying there again for sure. I travel a lot to the Kirkland area and this place was in a great location. Near the freeway and lots of food choices. Everything I truly needed was within a 10 min drive max."
