Someone nextdoor spent hours singing and talking on a phone in the bathroom and I could here it LOUD and clear, but on the bright side at 4am staff was there quickly to address.
I could have used a map or directory showing where the fitness room, ice dispensers,...

"We loved the historic feel of the building right off the bat. The art deco vibe was very cool. Our room was huge as was the bathroom area. The bed was SO comfortable with lovely sheets. We both slept great! The location is 3 blocks from Millenium Park and close to the train and bus. The bartenders Renee and Ben were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!"

"En utrolig central placering i Down town Chicago med Millenium Park kun 3 minutters gang fra hotellet, 5 minutter fra Metro Blue Line som ankommer direkte fra O'Hara Lufthavnen og 1 1/2 km fra Union Station. Vi var yderst tilfredse med vores ophold på Staypineappel. Et meget hyggeligt hotel fyldt med charme og renovering i tro med dets historie.

"This apartment had some of the most spectacular views of the lakefront and the city that you will find. Apartment was spacious and a great value compared to hotel rooms. Check-in was a little difficult. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. "

"Very, very nice hotel in the midst of everything. Nice rooms which delivers as promised. Especially the concierge delivered service beyond belief (sadly I don't remember his name).
The service by the hostess in the rooftop bar were horrendous - never experienced anyone looking so sad for being at work.
Sadly my experience were ruined a bit after coming home, as I felt overcharged by the final bill. I've been trying to get in touch with the hotel since, but have heard no response what so ever....

"Super service i front desk omend lidt langsom opbringning af bagage og en noget sen levering af mad efter ankomst. Fik leveret lænestol til værelset; meget fin service. I forhold til sidst er der dog tilbagegang på nogle serviceparametre. For eksempel er opfyldning af amenities mere sparsom og værelset gøres ikke længere klar til aftenen. Rengøringen bortskaffer heller ikke tomme flasker. Meget sparsomt udstyr i køkkenet, men ellers absolut veludstyret værelse. Fantastisk udsigt, som næppe fås...
