Someone nextdoor spent hours singing and talking on a phone in the bathroom and I could here it LOUD and clear, but on the bright side at 4am staff was there quickly to address.

We both slept great! The location is 3 blocks from Millenium Park and close to the train and bus. The bartenders Renee and Ben were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!"

"En utrolig central placering i Down town Chicago med Millenium Park kun 3 minutters gang fra hotellet, 5 minutter fra Metro Blue Line som ankommer direkte fra O'Hara Lufthavnen og 1 1/2 km fra Union Station. Vi var yderst tilfredse med vores ophold på Staypineappel. Et meget hyggeligt hotel fyldt med charme og renovering i tro med dets historie.

"Very, very nice hotel in the midst of everything. Nice rooms which delivers as promised. Especially the concierge delivered service beyond belief (sadly I don't remember his name).
The service by the hostess in the rooftop bar were horrendous - never experienced anyone looking so sad for being at work.
Sadly my experience were ruined a bit after coming home, as I felt overcharged by the final bill. I've been trying to get in touch with the hotel since, but have heard no response what so ever....

"This apartment had some of the most spectacular views of the lakefront and the city that you will find. Apartment was spacious and a great value compared to hotel rooms. Check-in was a little difficult. Staff was helpful but not overly friendly. "

"Mi experiencia fue excelente, sobre todo en mo que hace a la atenciòn al cliente. El señor que me recibiò la noche que lleguè, tarde, LaShaun, fue muyyy amable, siempre predispuesto y muy calido. Tuve que devolver una compra de amazon y los empleados me Hicieron el gran favor de llevarlo a devoluciones. El dpto estaba impecable… muy amplio, cómodo, buen ubicado. Cdo vuelva a Chicago no dudarè en ir a sentral. Gracias x todo!!!"
