"Samantha was great to work with. In addition to linens and cookware, the rental has a portable crib, games, puzzles, books, and umbrellas for those rainy baseball days!"

"Clean & very convenient to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Linens being included was a huge plus! Family friendly yard & in house activities. Would rebook this house."

"The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

"We stayed at Abels Acres last week with another family while our sons' team played at Cooperstown Dreams Park, which was about 25 mins away. Abel's Acres is a fantastic property. Ray has thought of everything you could possibly need! There are hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms for clothes and towels, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent, so we didn't need to get any of these things at the store. The basement is amazing! It has air hockey, ping pong and fuzzball tables...

"Great house for 2 families while at Cooperstown. A couple of issues that the owner addressed. The only downside and not really against the property but you cannot walk to Dreamspark so the proximity was nice but you cannot walk onto the complex."

"Very clean and enough room for my family."

"Nice natural outdoor space. Very clean indoor space with everything needed."
