"We stayed at the Farmhouse over the July 4th weekend 2025 to celebrate my husband's birthday. Unfortunately, it was the weekend of the flood in the hill country so a lot of the local things we had planned to do we could not do because of the heavy rains. We could not have been at a better place to be rained in!! The covered patio area was perfect even with the rain and the house could not have been more perfect. "Perfect location for our son's wedding in CenterPoint, TX. Plenty of room for family, friends, and grooms' men to gather prior to the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You must eat at Toucan Jim's. Food and atmosphere are fantastic especially the fish tacos and the fried shrimp. One of the best places we hace every stayed!"

"We were thrilled with our stay at the Farmhouse (located behind Das Peach Haus). It is an oasis with real farmhouse sounds on or adjacent to the property. Chickens (and roosters) in a coop and wildlife (blue heron, muskrats, frogs) near the pond every day. Even Percy the Peacock visited us regularly on the back porch! Vintage farmhouse layout, but each bedroom had its own bathroom. Less than 2 mile walk to Main St (but driving is advised), yet you feel you are in the country. We'll stay...

"We had the most wonderful stay for our annual family vacation with our two adult children and their families. We had 6 kids aged 2-13, and 6 adults. We explored Fredricksburg, Enchanted Rock and LBJ State Park and downtown area. The kids loved the house, pool, animals, game barn, turfed soccer , etc. This place was our favorite so far and I hope to return with the family again. "
