"Not worth the price. The room temperature was hard to regulate. There was an espresso machine but no regular coffee machine. No bottled water, just absurdly priced drinks and snacks. A restaurant in the building charged a "facilities fee" in addition to the dining charges. The hotel added an "incidentals" charge of $195 to the bill "in case" I bought "incidentals", which I didn't. I'm still waiting for the refund."

"Efter en lang rejse valgte vi netop det hotel fordi det ligger centralt og har en meget flot restaurant på toppen med udsigt over byen. Da vi kom frem havde de lejet hele restauranten ud til et selskab så der var ikke adgang for hotellets gæster. De kunne heller ikke tilbyde roomservice eller være behjælpelig på nogen måde. Så vi måtte ud i november slud og regn og finde et sted og spise."

"I was there for an NFL game, so my mood was pretty good. I decided to drink a beer at the bar after an 8 hour trip to get there. There was happy hour by the time I sat by the bar, so I asked the bartender if happy hour was 2x1 to which he replied yes. So I asked if I could combine 2 different beers and obviously pay for the most expensive one, he looked weird at me but said yes. "The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. "
