Location was excellent especially with kids, easily walkable to the harbour front where we spent all of our time. "This is a great whole home property that offers a lot of easy trip options. There is a super cute small downtown that is a good spot for breakfast / shopping. There is a grocery store super close to the house and the kitchen is well equipped for any meal. The home has no AC but did provide fans. "It's a beautiful location. The property is very large. It would accommodate a family very easily and comfortably. Very beautiful property. The only drawback was the lake. It was an extremely dry summer this year in Nova Scotia. The lake area accessible from the property was approximately 4" deep. I was told, when I enquired about the property, that you could swim in the lake. Obviously weather conditions are beyond the owners control.
