Hoteller nær Hanover Tavern

"Love the all-day and all-nite coffee. That’s super helpful to keep me going and saving me some real money over Starbucks. Just a good solid Hampton Inn: quiet location, many food options walkable nearby. Serves its purpose as a comfortable, safe mid-level hotel extremely well."

"It is not a place for those with disabilities. I use a walker. No one could help me with my luggage. I had to walk up a very long ramp to get into the building to check in. Then I couldn’t open the door to get into. I was instructed to park behind the building and I was given a room next to last from the entrance. I wasn’t told I could park in front and go in that door. Parking was 15 check-in only but for handicapped you could park there."

"👍"

"Rooms very nice the people are always very nice"

"We arrived Oct 22 left oct25 the room was NEVER CLEANED OR ENTERED BY STAFF,,,PHONE DID NOT WORK ON ARRIVAL,,,,,NEVER FIXED, ROOM COFFEE WAS OUT NO CUPS, WE RUN OUT OF TOWELS"

"Alt svarede til forventningerne"

"Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfakfast was much better than most free breakfasts. We would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was very clean. A very nice location. I would stay there again."

"Room was dingy, and it smelled awful. The AC was noisy. The noise from the truck stop was significant and the walls are thin. The check in clerk couldn’t tell me if the room she gave me was adjoining or not, I had to go look… you don’t have a map of your own rooms?"

"Loved the welcoming check in staff, ease of staying here with pets, but wish the rooms were cleaner and property was kept up a little better. The floor in our room was really dirty, our socks were black after an hour or so of being in the room- there was mold growing on the bathroom wall, and the bedding was dirty- the heating/AC unit was very old and didn’t work properly- the room was dripping with condensation all over the inside of the front wall after one night."

"Spotlessly clean rooms, super friendly staff, great price! Not far from Richmond, and right off Rt 95."

"I’ll be honest . Staff was great but room had such a strong bleach smell it was rough . Left windows and door open for a few hours and it helped"

"Budget hotel. Great price. The location is the best part. You can Walk to Kings Dominion. There is no reason to drive, it is right next to KD parking lot. Wish it was cleaner and there was a musty burnt smell. But the sheets were clean, the toilet was clean, the AC worked. I'd be tempted to stay again for the location and price, but if they would just clean better, I'd be more likely."
