Virkelig skønt sted midt i Det Gamle kvarter
Nydeligt hotel i hjertet af det gamle kvarter. Lækkert med pool på taget, hvor der er udsigt over hele byen. Virkelig søde medarbejdere - god service. Dejlige værelser og god morgenmad. Tak :-)

The Rex Hanoi is ideally situated in the heart of the Old Quarter and exudes old world charm. Quaint, well appointed if a little outdated for some tastes, it fits the bill for everything you want in the Old Quarter. Staff very courteous, obliging and helpful.

Amazing service, centrally located
Great location in the heart of old town. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very impressive. Pool is more of a large bath tub, but very nice. Highly recommend

スタッフの皆さんとても親切でした。 朝食も美味しかったです。 ただ、ハノイの旧市街自体の道が汚いので外でると生ゴミの匂いします。 ホテルが悪いわけではないんですけどね。立地はめちゃくちゃ便利なとこでした。 滞在中、レイトチェクアウトなどお願いできたので、よかったです。

I arrived to the property Friday night, which was not a good time because they close off the streets in the old quarter. I had to walk with my luggage about five minutes to reach the hotel because the taxi could not drop me off in front. this was not a good start to my stay at the hotel. The hotel should’ve made me aware that this could happen if arriving at this time on the weekends. my only reason for staying in Hanoi was to transfer to ha long for a cruise. The room was average and very small, but expected being how close it is to the lake. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff did their best I would not return to this hotel I would select a higher priced higher rated.

Chambre deluxe sans fenêtre. Inacceptable pour un hôtel qui se veut haute gamme. On me demande un supplément pour changer de chambre. Non merci. Aviser les clients avant la réservation qu’il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Malhonnête de la part de l’hôtel. Changer vos publications sur le net à cet égard.

It's kind, but it doesn't give tourists enough sol
The hoteliers are very kind. I was touched by your efforts to help. However, I have not received sufficient assistance with requests for accurate information for travelers. Basic work proficiency is excellent. The taxi request was very good.

I was very impressed by this hotel. The staffs were above and beyond. The only thing negative was the fact that the outdoor rooftop pool was not available during my staying especially during the hot summer of July 2022.
