"This place was amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat! Went with my 75 YO mom with mobility issues and she had no trouble at all! We enjoyed the pool and lazy river daily! Great morning sunrise location. The location of the rental was great, easy to get to any location. Beds were comfortable, plenty of beach supplies and grocery store across the street. Property owner was easy to get ahold of when we had WiFi troubles. Thank you for a great stay, made my mom's bucket. list of going...

"Amenities at the resort were excellent - tennis courts, pool and private beach. Resort is located in a beautiful part of Princeville, with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. "

"The room was bigger than we expected. Very clean. We rarely used the AC as the room stayed cool. Not a lot of noise from other suites although roosters and traffic could be a problem for light sleepers. Wifi was not great so wouldn’t recommend for those who are working remotely, but location was great and would stay again!"

"Our top 3 criteria are: ocean front, AC in the bedroom, and reasonable price. This place hit all three which is why we chose it and we were not disappointed! First floor, close to parking lot, several restaurants within a couple of blocks. Very quiet. If you’ve never been to Kauai, be sure to bring ear plugs - the roosters are all over the island and they crow all day long. We would definitely stay here again. "

"10/10!!! This little studio was amazing! I was a single traveler and it was absolutely perfect. I also loved the parking situation. Being able to turn in and out with the traffic light is very safe and it seems a lot of time when there’s heavy traffic in town.. unit is clean and cozy and the beach is beautiful "
