"Carole's was well located and comfortable. Communication was good before and during the stay. Carole is very friendly and helpful with ideas of where to go We did have a couple of issues, the TV didn't work and despite her best efforts Carole couldn't get it fixed as it was a weekend. Also rather oddly some guests left without breakfast. Part of the charm of a B+B is meeting other guests over breakfast. "

"What a beautiful, quiet, peaceful place to stay, even in the dead of winter. The home itself is modern, welcoming, bright, everything you could dream of. The hosts are very active and successful artists who all but gave us a private master class in how their work is imagined and created. I don’t know when we’ve had a more delightful weekend. The walks to the beach were lovely, too. "

"Horrific service. Flew in from California to attend the Hamptons International Film Festival, drove 3 hours to get there, and this hotel took it upon themselves to cancel my reservation without ever contacting me the day before I arrived. I called when I was 5 mins from the hotel to make sure my room was ready which is when I found out they decided to cancel my reservation with the reason being because I chose to pay at the hotel vs. pay in advance so they gave my room to someone willing to pay...
