"Great place to stay. Property is very spacious. Staff responded very quickly to my email enquiry. Only thing to note, there is only 1 aircon unit that is in the main lounge covering the whole property. Luckily the weather was not too hot and the bedrooms managed to remain at comfortable temperature. I can see it could be a problem if the weather gets hotter and the doors to the rooms are closed to keep the early morning light out. "

"My family enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this apartment. We stayed in Room 401, the apartment is spacious and clean. Downside is no lift to access to level 4 as stated, and the kettle was not in good condition (with a strange plastic smell and the filter is already melted) and I couldn’t make use of it to boil the water to prepare milk for my baby. Tried to call the receptionist (only appear during check in) but unable to communicate well so unable to exchange it. "

Good location, nice comfortable room with a washing machine+dryer (very convenient!), good and well-equipped roof-top onsen on the 18th floor and a nice lounge area with free coffee and amazing views on the 17th floor. "It is an OK hotel very close to the Morning market and the train station. They sell breakfast, but doesn’t actually offer it at the Hotel. What you get for your money is a voucher you can use in one of a dozen small restaurants at the Morning market offering various types of traditional Japanese breakfast. It is a silly way to offer breakfast and probably also why they choose to inform you about it only after having confirmed your non-refundable booking."
