"The breakfast was too expensive for what is offered. Morning fried potatoes should not be tater tots, eggs were burnt, juices were not labeled, the gravy was so thin. It was all round not good. The crew cursing while in the kitchen was not appropriate. The chef as she called herself bragging about herself. This part of the stay was the only part of my stay that was not enjoyed. The server was very seeet and a hard worker."

Stayed at 2 other Extended Stay Motels this year & they provided both, and also had paper towels & fully stocked kitchenette. (We don’t need this time since just overnight stay)."

"We are traveling across country on a budget so for the price this was an excellent stay. Comfortable bed, real shower. Here are some issues, if mitigated, would have uped my review to 4. Hallway carpet and room carpet need a good cleaning. Overhead light in room was burned out,, refrigerator cabinet door was damaged, no hair dryer, icemaker 2nd floor was out of commission. Overall noise level from room above and hallway was noticeable. It's the little things that make to stars! Breakfast area...

"The hotel was quite clean considering they are/were remodeling. The check-in process was confusing but that was due to the construction. The staff we interacted with was polite and explained everything quite well. The pool was open and looked pretty clean but we didn't use it. The noise level was minimal even though we were right off a main highway/road. I would recommend this Best Western to friends and family. "

In room accommodations such as sinks, bathtubs, and toilet were dirty and worn. Bedding, like the sheets, had stains on them. Had to get a different room which was better but you shouldn’t have to change rooms. All rooms should be held to the same clean standards "
