"This property has maintenance issues. That was apparent from the moment we arrived. One of the two elevators had a misleading handwritten sign stating the elevator was out of service and that "the tech is on the way". The sign was up the entire time and there was only one (very slow) elevator. The TV didn't work in our room. Another guest in a room nearby apologized in advance if he makes a lot of noise slamming his door. He said it didn't shut properly otherwise. There were also multiple lights...

"The front office staff is very kind, in exception of one new guy who was obviously new, but the staff is nice. The property needs an upgrade. The price is way too high to not take pride in the property and keep the furniture looking new at least by painting it. It is in a nice area with shops nearby. Keep the pool clean & update that outside furniture! I am a repeat customer & I will be back. I just hope the executives will spend the money to restore and update this place!"

"Property was under construction. Was not mention when booked. Elevators didnt work and we were place on the 4th floor with a handicapped person in our party. Definitely not ADA compiant. Construction was going on in the next room over. Construction materials covered alot of the parking lot so could not park close to building."

"I wish I could attach a picture of our toilet but I’m not given that option. We had an oval toilet with a round toilet seat lid on it. In other words, the toilet seat was about 3 inches too short for the toilet bowl. So if you were a woman and wanted to sit on the toilet without sitting on the rim of the toilet, you had to straddle it! Needless to say I squatted as if I was using a gas station bathroom! "Property was clean and lovely, staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was amazing! Didn’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that. I took off one star because the coffee machine in our room didn’t work. I called the front desk and they said someone from maintenance would come take a look but nobody ever showed up. Other than that everything was excellent!"

"Room was clean except for a spot on door frame in bathroom (blood stained). Bed only had a sheet and the decorative cover, no blanket, no in room coffee. Breakfast was a choice of pop tart, honey bun or muffins. Small cups of coffee, no juice was choice of drink."

"Absolutely zero complaints about the hotel/property. The ONLY thing was, and it wasn’t the end of the world, but the water pressure wasn’t amazing. I have long, thick, curly hair - I was able to rinse it, just took a while. It was my first time to Texas/Houston area and I would definitely go back"

"New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!! For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark."
