"It was midnight when I arrived at the hotel and was informed that the establishment doesn't have any affiliations with Expedia. This news came as a surprise because I booked the reservation with Expedia for approximately $45.00. I was informed that the room would cost me $60.00. The room was lovely though it didnt have any hot water. I appreciated the hotels openness to extend my stay past the check out time in which I paid a bit extra. "Convenient area for my purpose of visiting Guyana...rooms were clean , eatery were close by, taxis were conveniently nearby that suited my purpose and everything were great."

"The hotel/Air BnB rooms were nice and spacious. AC units in the living room and both bedrooms. The bathrooms were quite warm. The floor were very dirty but I assume its the dirt from the grounds that gets tracked in so bring house slippers with you. The full kitchen came in handy. The power kept going off and on every morning we were there. The second bathroom (we didn’t use that one) was not cleaned well at all. Looked to be the same stain everywhere.
