"We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. "My family and I came back to Guyana after 33 years. The home met all our needs AC in the the main living area and portable AC in 2 of the 3 bed rooms.
