"Rooms were clean and spacious. Buffet breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. I’d visit again"

"I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a room with a balcony. However, as there was no leisure area next to the pool, but only a narrow "patio" with café style tables and chairs next to a highway with very heavy traffic, the pool was useless. Furthermore, as the rooms all faced a covered courtyard, where the restaurant was, the balconies were in an enclosed space 3 meters above the guests in the restaurant, so also useless. The enclosed courtyard faced the highway, and the roof enhanced...

"I found the staff very friendly and polite and no issues with them, but I have to say the conditions of the rooms was far below my expectations things seemed dirty and extremely run down. The curtains was dirty the remote for the control had no back the floor tiles was chipped and marked from previous damaged I did ask for my room to be cleaned again but their was a reluctant for staff to do so and told me that the dirt is from the suitcase. However that was not the case when they came to clean...

"Staff and hotel were both excellent."

"The room was rather dark and worn. Bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. Standard not living up to the price. "

"We stayed here for 5 days. we loved it, it was my kids first trip to Guyana. they felt safe. Great location good food, friendly staff 24hrs a day. will defiantly stay here again."

"This property was a big surprise for us It was so much better than I thought . Having the oool and a fridge in our room was perfect The space was clean and the breakfast was good. And Bobby was fantastic in helping us with any issues and getting Taxis. But the best part is at night . Sitting on the patio are drinking rum punch and chatting in this quite neighborhood was priceless.. Very safe area but you need to get taxis everywhere but my sister who was in the center of town , also had to get...

"Die Zimmer sind klein und funktional. An der Rezeption gibt es kostenfrei Kaffee und man kann seine Wasserflaschen nachfüllen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, es gibt also nichts zu sehen drum herum. Das Beste ist das Restaurant: super schnelle Bedienung und absolut leckere Gerichte."

"I had a really good stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive."

"When I make my yearly visit to Guyana, Next Level Apartments is my one and only destination. The owner (Terry) is a consummate professional. He is attentive to the needs of his guests, and goes beyond the scope of his responsibilities to make his guests feel at home."

"Overall, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. First of all, the entire place is dirty, dusty. As I walked in, the building was still under construction and big noise ( chain saw) was heard day and night. The sheet was visibly covered with dirt and I had to ask them to replace with new one. The bottom of shower divider was covered with a thick lay of black, moldy stains Secondary, I reserved a large room with 50% more pay, however they assigned me a tiny room with single bed Mostly...
