"Cort was a great host. The complex lost water due to a water main break and he offered many solutions at no cost to us to help us out. Place was clean with towels and toilet paper which has been rare for our past VRBO stays. Close to the beach but also 4 pools made it nice to have options. Close enough to Pier Park to hang out but far enough away for a quiet night under the stars."

"This is the third time we have stayed at this unit. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and a new countertop added since we were there 2 years ago. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice to have fans. Having salt and pepper, and a few more blankets in the house would be nice. It would be helpful to have a vacuum cleaner in the house that can be used by the renters. We enjoyed sitting out on the front deck and looking at the water, and taking walks in...
