"The boathouse is better than advertised. It’s as clean as anything you’ll ever find, within walking distance to downtown and the baseball stadium. There is excellent fishing from the porch. ( sea trout and mullet) It is safe and secure. The hostess is readily available and very responsive and genuinely concerned about your stay. There is a great restaurant next to the marina. I doubt if there is a better rental for the money anywhere. It’s as good as it gets. "

"A Perfect Boathouse Getaway! Need I say more, our host Jo Dee was incredible. I never encountered someone so responsive to questions and guidance as we prepared for our trip. You send her a message, and she literally responds in minutes. This trip was 10 months in the making. We had a group of friends staying in 3 of the boathouses.
