"Wonderful stay! We spent a week here with our family of 4 - two teenage boys, and it was the perfect home base to start and end each day. We loved exploring Luquillo and Seven Seas beaches, hiking in El Yunque National Forest, visiting San Juan, and discovering the areas in between. "First off the host was very accommodating from our initial booking. We booked one floor and later needed the second floor and he helped make it all work. The property is off a little side dirt road off a main road that takes you into a neighborhood, the property is not part of that neighborhood. "The place is clean but needs maintenance/upkeep. Stove doesn’t work well, took 20 minutes to boil an egg. No plugs in the bathroom. Shower has low water pressure. We booked a two bedroom and on the first night she gave us a one bedroom. My 75 year old father had to sleep on the couch. Asked her to refund JUST the first night since a one bedroom wasn’t what we paid for and she suggested we cancel the whole reservation. "We enjoyed our short stay at this rental. It was clean, a/c worked well and the beds were comfortable. The rental was as stated in the VRBO ad. Communication with the person in charge went well when we encountered a problem with the faucet in the guest bathroom. We would rent this place again if visiting in the Humacao area again in the future."
