The staff are nice and helpful, but do not understand English. Their sense of service is also far from European standard, for example, the breakfast buffet was taking out 20 minutes before the breakfast was officially finished. "

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location.
El Peñol Rock is within walking distance—just be cautious of traffic along the road. Once there, you can access the site via the staircase entrance. We were able to run from the hotel to the rock a couple of times with no issues. If you’re driving, the hotel offers plenty of parking. Guatapé is about 4 kilometers away, or roughly a 5-minute drive.
