Værelset var dårligt. Da vi kom manglede der gardiner i det største vindue, vand flød på toiletgulvet og selv om de første at rette det, så løste de ikke problemet med vandet og gardinet kunne kun hænge på en måde, for åbnede man for det, faldt det ned."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It was about 20 min from the famous hot springs. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning. The staff was always polite and helpful. Very recommended!

"No te daban agua ni al llegar . Me fijé que en todos los hoteles que llegue te daban una botella de agua al llegar , pero aquí ni la primera fue de cortesía .
La ventana no tenía mosquitero por lo que no podías abrirla y la llave de mi cuarto abría otros cuartos . Fuera de eso . La recepcionista muy amable . Y la chica del desayuno increíblemente eficiente . Estuvimos muy agusto "

Tiene cancha de baloncesto, zona verde con camas para tomar el sol, juegos infantiles, rooftop, gimnasio y piscina con área para adultos y niños. Alvaro was the best host, breakfast was incredible and he accommodated that we were vegetarian and served us very well. The hotel is between Salento and Cocora Valley. He even dropped us to Cocora Valley and Salento later! Hiked from the hotel to the top of a hill and it was gorgeous! "
