"The hotel is very conveniently located next to 2 shopping malls, Oviedo and Santafe. ALL staff members were very helpful, friendly, qualified and prompt in their service. Special small tokens, such as chocolate when beds were turned down, fruit dish, daily information on weather condition is something that is highly appreciated. Eventhough there was a small reconstruction to the front of the building, we did not experience any noise inconvenience. Last but certainly not least... their beds and...
