"Beautiful place to stay with lovely details. There is the sweetest cat that loves there that we became friends with. Great coffees and a little gift shop in the lobby. Would love to come back again."

"The service staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our 3-night stay. However, the room quality significantly impacted our comfort. If the air conditioning was turned off, the room became extremely humid and smelled bad. But when it was turned on, it got freezing cold. Because of this issue, we couldn't get a good night's sleep for all 3 nights. Additionally, the pillows had zero support and went completely flat within 5 minutes of lying down, leaving me with severe neck pain. Great...

"There’s a really useful laundry service (the staff will wash and dry the cloth for you), and room tidying every day."

"Room was clean and facilities well maintained. However there’s no cleaning service."

"Good team"

"Nice room and nice hotel"

"Great location and fairly priced. Pillow was impossible to sleep with. Our aircondition had problems and turned off while we were out. Couldn’t find the receptionist in the evening when we came to ask for assistance: called the phone and waited for 20 minutes."

"The room itself was new and clean as the hotel looks to have been renovated very recently. The problems began when I noticed another name for the hotel which confused me. When I got to the floor, two other guests were having issues checking in. The machine wasn't recognizing our booking numbers and one guest spent most of his time on the phone with customer service trying to help us all out. I was told I was given one room, but then another guest checked into that room. After another call...

"good stay"
