"Everything about this listing is accurate. My friend & I had a great weekend here! We took the ferry over to Cumberland Island. We swam at the beach & hiked to the ruins. Being early May, the weather was perfect. Not too cool or too hot. The owner is very attentive. Our remote batteries went out around 9pm. We texted the owner & he brought us new batteries! I highly recommend staying here!"

"The area was nice. The condo being on the bottom floor was good for our old dog. The wifi worked well. The unit was not updated, which the very short toilets were odd since we are all 5'8" and up. The towels could of been better. Ceiling fans would have been nice too. The shower curtains were cheap and one was missing rings. Overall some updating would make it amazing. It was fine for a weekend trip."

"Spent the month of March. Perfect location to explore Brunswick, st Simons and Jekyll Islands. House is a duplex but was quiet even with a hospital down the street. Grocery store within 1-2 miles. Enjoyed our time in Georgia very much"

"We really loved this cozy little condo, steps from the beach. It was comfortable, and met all our needs for a trip to attend a dear friend's wedding. Well-stocked kitchen made it easy to eat in a few times. My ONLY complaint (a small one) is that we found that previous guests had put dishes away dirty, so we had to wash them before using."

Communication and instructions were excellent. The pool was well maintained, large with ample seating. FYI 2 blocks from the beach and condo has 3 flights of stairs. "Basic furniture and minimum appliances. Overall nice unit everything appeared newly built or upgraded. Very nice modern shower but no shelve or place for soap or shampoo . Kitchen electrical outlets location makes them almost unusable."
