"Room got cleaned by once during our 6 night stay. Floors were not clean and it just didn’t get cleaned. Hot tub didn’t have jets, they were out of service. Drains were plugging. Decent place but needs some upkeep and definitely fix the room cleaning issue. Staff was okay - not really helpful."

"Property was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of room around the bed though. Quite a step down when you enter the premises which could be a hazard for some. All in all - great for a comfortable sleep which was all we had time for."

"Super fint, ser helt nyt ud Dog virkelig meget støj fra jernbanen"

"The room was adequate for our family. The location was convenient. The room did not have a view which is hard to miss in Canmore. The kitchen was good. The jacuzzi tub was nice but we had understood we could use the pool with the related next door property and we couldn’t."

"Things were missing in the unit .. There were no pot scrubbers to clean pots and pans .there was no toilet bowl cleaner to clean the toilets on a long stay .. House keeping was not there . at all . When after 2 days in my stay I asked for them to take the towles from the bathroom and the trash .. I let them know i would not be in the unit from 1 - 930 that evening and when i got back it had not been done .. These are the things that can be inproved upon . The unit was lovely The beds...

"The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis."

"Front desk woman was rude. Expedia listing did not specify separate Annex building. Not good value and beds and pillows were very uncomfortable."

"The royal room was very noisy as there is a unit outside window that ran all night and was very loud hard to sleep. Also suggest blackout blinds in both rooms."
