"The royal room was very noisy as there is a unit outside window that ran all night and was very loud hard to sleep. Also suggest blackout blinds in both rooms."

"Property was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Not a lot of room around the bed though. Quite a step down when you enter the premises which could be a hazard for some. All in all - great for a comfortable sleep which was all we had time for."

"Room got cleaned by once during our 6 night stay. Floors were not clean and it just didn’t get cleaned. Hot tub didn’t have jets, they were out of service. Drains were plugging. Decent place but needs some upkeep and definitely fix the room cleaning issue. Staff was okay - not really helpful."

"Conveniently located accommodation with good parking facilities, though the price level is on the higher end compared to standard. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable."

"Ingen housekeeping selvom du bor der i 3 dage. Fint værelse og beliggenhed "

"Godt hotel til prisen. God beliggenhed "

"The check in-process was less than ideal, there were some issues online validating our cards which led to an off-site check in at a separate hotel (there are no staff on-site). HOWEVER. The saving grace of the experience was our experience with Morgan. She was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted out (including walking back to the hotel on three separate occasions). Give her a raise. The location was incredible and without a doubt the best value...

"Second time staying here, only complaint is the beds/pillows. 5 stars all the way around other than that"

"De reklamerer med bjergudsigt og den er ok, men prisen er at der kører5-6 tog forbi om natten med 150 vogne og 3 lokomotiver og det føles som om de kører lige igennem værelset"
