Staff even contacted our next hotel when we couldnt reach them to sort out a late check in.

"Beautiful lodging in an area where there are mountains all around you. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults in a standard Queen room. The hotel lobby reception staff was wonderful every time we spoke to them (daily). Reception staff offered us suggestions on where to go and what to watch out for. If you request it, they can provide you with bear spray (free) for the day / duration of your stay. Nice pool and hot tub area with a sectioned off bbq patio with tables and chairs....

"Carpet and doors need to be changed in the whole hotel. Every time I walked past a new arrived guest they couldn’t figure out how to open this 1980 doors. Horrible doors and locking system with old fashioned keys. "

It's so noisy that you can feel the vibrations in the bed on the 4th floor!!! It can take up to 5 minutes for the train to pass by and sometimes two trains run right after each other.
