"Paul and Mark are amazing. Mark met us at check in and had a hand drawn map of all the great places to fish on the lake. The property was more than comfortable. Communication was great. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We will definitely be going back"

"We had a great stay! Crystal caught an error I made on the stay date, she was so kind to let my dog stay when I couldn't find a sitter, and was quick to take my call when I had a question. So glad to have a great place to stay in Dexter. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed at the cottage while attending the Walnut Valley Flatpicking Champoinship in Winfield. It was the perfect retreat for me. The bed was comfortable, I loved the air conditioning and the quiet. Dexter is a beautiful town in a beautiful part of Kansas. The cottage had everything I needed."
