"Building seems a little sketchy but overall was quiet residents were welcoming & friendly. The apartment could’ve been cleaned a little better bathroom & kitchen wise, toilet had urine stains & some utensils were still dirty. But the good outweighs the bad, bed was comfortable so were the couches. All amenities worked and were as described. We enjoyed being at the pool , were able to do laundry before leaving. Would definitely stay again host was responsive & helpful, there was plenty of room...

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."

"The place was exactly what we needed.It was close enough to everywhere we needed to go. Inside I felt like someone was very meticulous on details to make sure everything was well placed in and that every inch of the apartment was utlized well. Thw outaide makes you think you got a lemon once you walk in, you feel at home. "
