"This was a wonderful stay and experience for our family! The only hiccup was not receiving the check-in code via email the day of. But that was solved in seconds with a quick phone call. The flat was wonderful. Kitchen and laundry (with toilet) in basement level, family room on ground floor, and a bedroom with full bath on each of the upper floors (4 levels total). "My husband and I, with adult daughter, stayed here for five nights. Love the location across the street from the Great Portland tube stop, two coffee shops and a Tesco Express. The flat is super clean and new, very quiet, property management was super responsive and covered 24/7. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfy."
