"It was clean and set up as expected. The neighborhood was quiet. Unfortunately, our check-in did not go well. When we used the key code, we got a message that said the dead bolt was stuck. The phone number the host provided was incorrect so we couldn’t get a hold of them. VRBO helped us get in touch. This threw off our plans a bit. The host was available later to help us get the stuck sofa bed pulled out. I wish the sheets better fit the sofa bed and I wish they had some soft pillows. ...

"This house is very rundown. The house was very musty and smelled. Some windows would not shut/lock. The kitchen drawers wouldn’t open unless you lifted up on the Formica counter top. The place is listed as traditional Farmhouse, however we have a family 150 yr old farmhouse and this is not what I consider to be that. It is directly on a busy road and with the house not secure we couldn’t leave our belongings when we left."

"We enjoyed our time in this comfortable and peaceful environment. Mark, the host, is friendly and very responsive to questions and the few issues that arose. The kitchen is well appointed and a fun place in which to cook and share meals with friends. The living room furniture and beds are very comfortable. Because we visited during warm weather, we did not use the fireplace or wood stove."

"Nice location off of Route 100 there was a little road noise but the house is situated a bit back. The seating was super comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was awesome to be able to bring our pup! "
