"The room and grounds were extremely clean and exactly as pictured. All of the staff were very responsive and kind. The location is excellent; it's close to everything, but tucked away so that it's quiet. Our room was well-appointed and felt more like a vacation home than a hotel room. Our family would stay here every time we're in the area."

"Enjoyed the hotel very much, property was clean and seemed safe. Room was clean, they cleaned it every day that we were there.
Breakfast was the usual fare, everything was great.
First time in Gatlinburg, a bit surprised that all the hotels charge a parking fee. Guess it’s the new norm. Still cheaper than a lot of other places that wanted $20+ (even the churches charge for parking in their lot!)"

"This hotel is newer and in pristine condition with stylish furniture and decor. Our two room suite was exceptional and accommodated our family of five perfectly. Beautiful and fun pool area with a slide, lazy river, and hot tub, outdoor seating - covered and some uncovered. Green space for cornhole, fire pits with adirondack chairs, lobby area to relax and enjoy drinks. Walkable to main Gatlinburg strip and quick drive to mountain trails. This was an ideal place to stay!"
