"Coming there not a first time, mostly because of location and pool area for kids! Everything looks pretty old but clean and they should do a heated pool, in summer time it’s ok but autumn winter it’s horrible, sauna would be great too! But all my family likes this place! So I am happy to recommend for the families with kids! "

"I took a mini vacay for the grandkids. Been to Gatlinburg many times. First time in this hotel. Super nice and very clean. Accommodations were above standard. Our beds were amazing. The balcony was way bigger than expected. We were on the 6th floor. Within walking distance to almost everything. Only dislike was the $15/night parking. Would definitely stay here again."
