I unfortunately was unable to attend at the last minute due to a medical emergency but my father, step mother and brother continued with their stay. "Even though we came up for the eclipse, the stay was very nice! The house was clean and comfortable, the host thought of so many nice touches! We hiked nearby and enjoyed the town of Gorham and the train up Mount Washington. All was very relaxing and a wonderful getaway!"

"The property owners were terrible with communication. We tried to call before leaving but website said calls not allowed and we assumed that owners would b there or some instructions as it clearly said that there was contactless check in available! We had so much food and 6 kids who were traumatized as it’s in the woody area and said bears and moose area! My older son got sick as we drove for so long to get to this place! Got hotel last minute which was an hour away… Terrible terrible experience...

"The place was great; clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient location to things we were doing. Just a couple of things to note as an FYI for the owners. Toilet tank leaked occasionally, I put a bucket under it, to capture the water. The kitchen sink, spray hose would not shut off. Also, a critter, probably a red squid, was in the upper left bedroom cubby. We had a great week and hope to return soon. Thank you Ken"
