"Stayed here for the weekend with my kids to see fall foliage & relax. The campground is amazing with many things to do near by. You do need to bring your own linens and clean up after yourself. The cabin wasn’t to clean when we got there but I had cleaning supplies on hand so it wasn’t an issue for me. The views and private beach in front of our cabin was breathtaking. Can also rent kayaks, paddleboat and canoes there. A lot of activities at the place to entertain everyone"

"Amazing place to stay! The cabin was clean and adorable, very cozy for a weekend away. The pools and game room on the resort across the street were great, easy to drive or walk over. Linda (the host) responded immediately to questions we had and was very helpful! There are also a ton of fun things to do in the area for all interests. 10/10!!!"

"We have great time"

"Lovely small cottage and very clean"

"We loved sending the kids to walk to the beach while we relaxed on the shady deck. Then sometimes we sunned on the patio instead! The pool was so refreshing. We were even able to carry the surfboard comfortably to the designated surf area. So quiet here!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the house. It was exceptionally clean, and also very comfortable! We had no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay in this area."

"The cottage was clean and tasteful. It's in a nice location for southern NH where you can get to a number of places with reasonable travel and be away from the noise and in the woods by a little lake. This gives it the quintessential New England feel. Richard was great at communicating quickly and making things easy. It was nice that there were towels, sheets, and some basic shower stuff like a hotel."

"Beautiful accommodation in Sunapee Hills, only a few years old. Host Lisa was outstanding with all communications, and addressed an issue immediately on the first day of our arrival. All beds were made and clean towels were laid out in each bedroom. All appliances on the premises were in like-new condition and all worked properly. Printed instructions and info, including last day checklist were comprehensive and straightforward. I consider this a Superior VRBO property and would absolutely want...

"Cute cottage, convenient to town."

"This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. We'd rented the cabin to go to a wedding and weekend events. Checked out an hour before checkout time to get to the event--unshowered-- and called the host, who didn't pick up. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem...

"The place was cozy and welcoming. The gentleman, Peter, at the check in area was incredibly friendly, answered all my questions and provided some great recommendations for dining. "

"Cozy little one room cottage right on the water. There was a small refrigerator (no freezer) and 2 burners for cooking. Also, a nice grill outside the door. The screen porch was nice for relaxing while watching life on the lake. Our host, Nancy was wonderful! I was reminded of the butler, Emilio, in the movie Mr. Deeds. If we needed something she was there instantly…. Almost like magic! She was so kind and welcoming and made us and our 2 pups feel right at home. The only downside was the...
