"Mom and I started our trip here for our Mother’s Day getaway. Beautiful views and water from the beach or restaurant/bar next door. We were in one of the upper apartments. No view of the beach or water due to the mature palm trees. "Right on the beach in a quiet part of the island. It's a family-run resort, and Betty, Margaret, and Amos made us feel welcome and at home. You can snorkel and kayak right off the beach. If you, like me and my wife, are happy to accept rustic facilities in exchange for a great price, a fantastic location, and a quiet friendly family-run atmosphere, this is the place for you. We had a rental car, and I highly recommend that for a stay of longer than a few days."

"The owner, Nancy, was beyond superb! She knows everyone and is able to help secure whatever a guest may need - including having a rental car dropped off from the airport at 8 am and knowing the right person with a boat for us to hire for a snorkeling excursion (thanks Steven! He pulled his boat right up to steps on her island). She ensures her guests can easily enter/exit the property via the causeway with no car blocking the pinch point. Such a nice nice woman with the perfect rental apartment!...

"We lived in Nancy’s lovely apartment for 9 days in August. And We had such a Nice stay. The place of the apartment is so Nice, Quiet, private and cozy. We could walk to everything needed: boat-Rental, grocery, water-taxi and restaurants. And Nancy is so kind and a very helpful host. We didn’t expect housecleaning, but We had New Towels, and House-cleaning every Second Day - such a Nice surprise. The maid was very Sweet and gave a lot of Nice tips. "The house and beach were fantastic!!! There were very few people on the beach, which provided us with much relaxation. "We are staying at a construction site; the window we can look out of faces a construction area. When we go to the pool, we walk through the construction zone with wheelbarrows and noise. It may be that the hotel is being renovated, but we are paying 6,700 DKK (approximately USD 980) for 3 nights. It is deeply disappointing that the hotel is not closed during the renovation. There is so much noise that no one is using the worn-out sun loungers by the pool, where the filtration system is not running most of the time. I'm sure it will be nice one day, but honestly, I feel cheated. We've decided to leave the hotel a day early despite not getting a refund. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't make up for the rest."
