"Wasn’t bad but felt weird host didn’t meet in person and was living above me made me and my service pup sketchy towards the end of the night. I think if they would’ve at least met me, (I would wanna know who’s in my basement also) it might’ve not made it so weird"

"We absolutely loved this charming apartment! It was super clean, very convenient to everything, & oh so many amenities! The pictures don't do it justice - it's beautifully decorated and has a great outside patio area. Kristin was very gracious and quick to reply to all messages. We'll definitely rent again when we're in town."

"very clean and modern concept. Loved it"

"Beautiful decor and an excellent location!"

"Kimberly was a great host with very thorough communication. We were comfortable and had plenty of space. I would have given our stay a 5 stay except it wasn’t as clean as I would expect it to be for a five star property nor was the bed as comfortable (which also had very flat pillows) as we would have liked. Overall, the location was great for the events/activities we attended and the host was quick to respond."

"The place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It was perfectly located - within walking distance of bars, restaurants, shops and Michigan Stadium."

"The apartment was exactly what we needed. A few things we needed to communicate with the host about and they were very quick to get back to us and helpful. The location was in a good location."

"Great location! Clean, spacious. Comfy beds"

"Great apartment set in Kerrytown. Very clean and has everything you would want in an apartment including a full kitchen. Bathroom was updated and very nice."

"The room was just as advertised. Perfect location for full center campus access. Had everything I needed. Would definitely stay there again."

"There are widespread mold in the bathroom and multiple stains on the towels. The boiler in the kitchen was not working until I figured out the outlet breaker was tripped. The kitchen trash can does not close well. One of the windows was open in this cold weather! Toilet seat is too small for a normal person. Most surfaces all over the unit have a fairly thick layer of dust. This cannot be missing a few spots by the cleaning person, this is pure ignorance of the owners. Communication was very...

"Very convenient in the heart of the campus."

"The location was great for walking to campus and around the downtown area. The host was very easy to get a hold of if there was anything I had needed."

"Very roomy and clean! Ideal location."

"The apartment is in an ideal location for so many restaurants and shops to enjoy Ann Arbor. It appears to be recently updated and the finish-out was beautiful. The host was highly communicative and responsive. It was ideal for a UM game weekend, and we hope to stay there again."

"Overall, the property is nice. The check-in process was a bit frustrating because of all the area street closures and instructions that 1. didn't reference any of the closures and 2. could have been a bit clearer (like using cardinal directions in addition to left, right, etc. Left and right don't help when there are multiple garage entrances on different streets). But once we got into the apartment, we were comfortable and happy. Very centrally located."
