Room was clean. The lack of carpet, and bare concrete floor may put some people off.

"This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there."

"We stayed in the multiple bedroom on our way down to Nashville. It was very spacious very clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Have absolutely no complaints and I would stay here again. They also select a guest to be guest of the day which I was and it just added something a little special to the trip. Received a little bag with a bottle of water, a bag of chips and a certificate."

We got in late in the evening the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing and sweet! breakfast was great, room was cleaned immaculately, the pool was amazing every was perfect! "Beds are comfy, rooms are very spacious. I have stayed here a couple times now. It's the closest Hotel to the Air Force Museum. No place could be more convenient for Museum goers like myself. Staff was friendly and handled any requests I had promptly. I have spent 6 nights there now, and I will be back soon. Thank you for a great stay. "

"Hotel in location close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Room was nice. Close to Rose Music hall, which is why we chose. Free breakfast was about as basic as you could get, but was ok. Roosters restaurant across the street was packed. Solid food and GREAT PRICES. We ate dinner ther and paid what we normally pay for breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if going back to the Rose, which was a fantastic place to see a concert!"
