Room was clean. The lack of carpet, and bare concrete floor may put some people off.

"This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there."

"Don't, under any circumstances, take a room with an "arcade view"! The view is internal view of empty spaces, and they never turn off the lights so your room will be bright all night long regardless of curtain configuration. The area is also in a bad neighborhood and between the beggars and homeless it felt very unsafe and unsavory."

"Very good for visiting u of Dayton. Extremely close to campus. Good breakfast and variety and 24 hour fresh brew coffee/tea in the lobby. Not a lot of amenities in immediate area, mostly surrounded by gas stations and fast food."

"Beds are comfy, rooms are very spacious. I have stayed here a couple times now. It's the closest Hotel to the Air Force Museum. No place could be more convenient for Museum goers like myself. Staff was friendly and handled any requests I had promptly. I have spent 6 nights there now, and I will be back soon. Thank you for a great stay. "

"We stayed in the multiple bedroom on our way down to Nashville. It was very spacious very clean. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great. Have absolutely no complaints and I would stay here again. They also select a guest to be guest of the day which I was and it just added something a little special to the trip. Received a little bag with a bottle of water, a bag of chips and a certificate."

"This is an older hotel that needs some serious updating. The lobby and halls are very dark. The bathroom light didn't work, so they put a lamp in there and the shower was dark. We had to tighten down the toilet seat by hand it was so loose we couldn't use it. The only good thing is that it seems to be quiet and there is plenty of places to eat."
